Renters’ Rights update October 2026
To ensure we remain fully compliant with the forthcoming Renters’ Rights legislation, we will not begin signing tenancy agreements until January 2027.
Applications for properties will also open from January 2027. In the meantime, we welcome any questions you may have and encourage you to review our tenancy agreements and guarantor forms, which are available on our Lease Agreement page.
To help students secure accommodation with confidence, we are introducing a Priority List system for all properties. Each property will have only one group at a time on its Priority List. Being placed on a Priority List reserves the opportunity for your group to be the first considered for that property when applications open.
Once a group joins a property’s Priority List, we will provide a free-of-charge Holding Agreement outlining the process, key dates, and the responsibilities of both parties. This is intended to give students clarity and peace of mind while preparations are made for the upcoming letting season.
